Triple C Overnight Oats : Cacao, Coffee and Coconut

This breakfast treat tastes like dessert and I am here for it! You can skip the Strawberry Compote and just add fresh fruit on top.

SERVING SIZE

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of old fashioned oats

2 tbsp of cacao powder

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

3/4 almond milk

1/3 cup of cold brew concentrate

1 tbsp of maple syrup

PREPARATION

Divide all ingredients equally between two pint size jars. Seal jars and give them a good shake. Let rest in fridge overnight. Top with strawberry compote (Recipe below) or fresh fruits. Add your favorite granola on top.

STRAWBERRY COMPOTE

In a small bowl combine 1 cup of thawed strawberries, 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of agave syrup. Crush the strawberries with a fork and give the mixture a good stir. Place in fridge overnight.
