Greek Chicken

A super simple marinade that is a real life saver when you are trying to add some zing to roasted chicken breasts.

Serving Size

Serves 4


1 lb of chicken breasts

4 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of oregano

2 garlic cloves pealed and smashed


Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Add in all the remaining ingredients. Shake to coat chicken. Let marinate for up to 24 hours in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 400F. Roast chicken with the marinade until completely done. Depending on the size of your chicken breasts it could take up to 45 minutes.

This chicken is excellent cold on top of a salad or served with quinoa and some veggies.
